Rates, Insurance, Teletherapy

I am currently seeing individual clients and groups in person with respect for  masking guidelines and individual comfort levels with masking.  This usually involves a conversation about risk, any relevant medical conditions and feelings as we start to return to in-person meetings with Covid-19.

Rates and Insurance

Out of Network:

If you have a PPO, POS or other insurance plan that provides out of network benefits and you wish to use it for therapy, call the member's number on the back of your insurance card (there may be a specific number for "Behavioral Health") and ask what your specific plan will cover.  These types of plans usually pay a percentage of your visit after the deductible is filled.  You will need to ask the amount of your deductible and what percentage of the session cost your plan will pay.

Many of my clients have a Health Savings Account (HSA) through their employer that will cover the deductible and copays.

You may also pay out of pocket for therapy services.  My current rates are as follows:
Individual Therapy: $235 per 45 minute session
Individual Therapy: $275 per 60 minute session
Couples Therapy $275 per 50 minute session
Group Therapy: $65 for a 75 minute group session
